Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours or any no-shows before an appointment you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time.
